NORTH CANTON, OHAfter more than 30 years of coexistence, Liquid Control Corp. has acquired Liquid Control Ltd., which is based in Wellingborough, England.
The companies believe that merging under one ownership will benefit their customers, representatives and suppliers by bringing products and services closer to the end user location. Certain products from each location will be available through all Liquid Control representatives. Liquid Control Ltd. will continue to operate out of its location in England. And all personnel at each location are expected to remain. The world headquarters will remain in North Canton.
