3D-ReKlaimer Metal Powder Recovery System for 3D printing systems recovers and reconditions used powders to exacting particle sizes. The system reduces waste and prevents contamination of the product and plant environment. The system can reclaim metal powders used in all current additive manufacturing processes including selective laser sintering, fused deposition modeling and stereo-lithography. Used powder can be fed to the system manually from a bottle, or powder can be sent to the system directly from a 3D printer via vacuum system. A vibrating screen removes oversized particles from useable powder.
