FLINT, MI—Applications are now being accepted for approximately 100 temporary, part-time jobs at General Motors’ Flint Assembly plant.<\p>

The jobs start at $15.78 per hour and employees may be asked to work from one to three days a week on first, second, or third shifts with mandatory Saturday shifts and overtime hours with little notice. Those interested in the positions must be 18 years old, eligible to work in the United States and must be able to satisfactorily complete the General Motors hiring process. <\p>

Holiday pay and health care options are available after 90 days of employment. The duration of employment is indefinite. <\p>

Heavy-duty Chevrolet and GMC Sierra crew and regular cab trucks are produced at the plant, which has seen roughly $2 billion in investments by General Motors since 2011. <\p>
