Automotive Supplier Plans New Assembly Plant in Tennessee

FAYETTEVILLE, TN—Hirotec Group, a global automotive supplier specializing in the production of body-in-white closures, exhaust systems and closure manufacturing equipment, will invest $48 million to build a new assembly plant here.
The state-of-the-art facility will make exhaust system components and metal stampings and is expected to create more than 100 new jobs.
“This is an exciting time for Hirotec, as we bring our exhaust manufacturing and stamping expertise to the U.S. for the first time,” says Katsu Uno, chairman and CEO of Hirotec America.
