JACKSON, MI—Orbitform has acquired Davison Tool Service Inc.

Based in Davison, MI, Davison Tool has been supporting both OEM and aftermarket manufacturers with a full line of anvils and roll sets since 1966. Supporting the automotive brake and clutch industry, as well as non-automotive industries, Davison Tool has provided tooling for many brands of riveters, including Orbitform’s Milford line.

Orbitform has been supporting manufacturers worldwide with technology for permanent assembly since 1984. The company’s in-house spare parts and tooling department provides perishable tooling for any brand of riveting equipment. The company designs and machines all tooling in-house, and can reverse engineer tooling for equipment brands other than Orbitform.
