Orbitform Acquires Arbor Automation
JACKSON, MI--Orbitform Inc.--a supplier of forming, fastening and assembly equipment--has acquired Arbor Automation and its palletized conveyor system, Wipcon. The acquisition allows Orbitform to pair its fastening equipment with conveyors, buffers and loading stations.
Arbor Automation will maintain its name, but will now operate within the same headquarters as Orbitform.
