Assembly Plant Celebrates 100,000 Kaizens Submitted 

Earlier this year, The Raymond Corp. facility in Greene, NY, celebrated an impressive milestone. The facility received its 100,000 employee-submitted kaizen in operations since introducing the program in 2006. Raymond encourages its employees at all levels and tenure to submit kaizens they believe will help improve their departmental processes. Tony Topencik, Vice President of Operations, Quality, and EHS at Raymond, tells us about the New York operation, the kaizen program, and the significance of the recent milestone.

Automating the Process of Repairing and Refurbishing Smartphones and Other Tech

Pete Bremer, Vice President of Global Automation Engineering with Assurant, joins ASSEMBLY Audible to discuss his role in guiding the strategy, development, build, and implementation of emerging and proven automation technologies at Assurant's Device Care Centers, which repair and refurbish a range of connected devices.
