CONCORD, NC—Rhino Tool House, a leading provider of advanced manufacturing tools, material handling equipment and continuous improvement services, has acquired Teknikor, a second-generation industrial services company based in Fall River, MA.
Teknikor specializes in providing turnkey solutions, including automation, plant layout and plant installation, to help manufacturers achieve their operational goals. Its expertise includes plant relocation, process design, automation and controls, in addition to electrical and mechanical contracting and consulting.
