STIK-II Products Purchases RPM

EASTHAMPTON, MA--STIK-II Products, a manufacturer of pressure sensitive foam tapes, has purchased Richards, Parents & Murray Inc. (RPM, Mount Vernon, NY).

RPM manufactures adhesive films and foam tapes. According to James J. McKeon Jr., director of sales and marketing for STIK-II Products, "This purchase expands our ability to serve new or existing customers. It also fits with our plans for future growth."

RPM's products will now be sold under the STIK-II name. RPM has been relocated to Easthampton.
