Sibos Acquires Illinois-Based Machine Builder
GENEVA--Sibos Holding Corp. has acquired Prime Automation Inc. (Rockford, IL), a manufacturer of automated assembly systems for telecommunications, medical and automotive products.
A subsidiary of Sibos AG (Urdorf, Switzerland) and a member of the Komax Group, Sibos Holding also owns the U.S. automation suppliers Sibos Corp. (Buffalo Grove, IL) and Ascor Inc. (York, PA).
