FORT WAYNE, IN—Automation component manufacturer PHD Inc. has expanded its air-on-demand line with two new products: the Series ERPP pneumatic pump and the Series ERVG vacuum generator.
Designed to deliver quiet, efficient and portable performance, these electric-powered products provide flexible alternatives to traditional pneumatic systems—ideal for environments where conventional factory air systems are unavailable or impractical.
The company’s air-on-demand product line now includes the following:
- The Series ERDP electrically powers pneumatic actuators in a closed-loop system.
- The Series ERPP generates on-demand compressed air up to 87 psi for open-loop pneumatic systems.
- The Series ERVG produces vacuum up to -80 kilopascals for suction and pick-up applications.
Compact and customizable, the products are shipped ready to use: Each system includes a motor, controller and power supply for easy setup. Quiet and efficient, they operate at just 50 dB.
