HANOVER TOWNSHIP, PA—B. Braun, a German manufacturer of pharmaceuticals and medical devices, will invest $20 million to expand and modernize its assembly plant here, creating at least 200 new, full-time jobs over the next three years and retaining 1,704 existing full-time positions.
